New data from digital marketing experts, MediaVision, reveals the surging popularity of shared work spaces


in the UK.Since January 1st 2023, searches for ‘office space rental’ have increased by 65.95% compared to the same period in 2022, while ‘office rental space’ increased by 34.5% and ‘office space to rent in London’ has increased by a huge 166.32%. Orchard Brae House is an 105,000 sq ft five-story office building in the west end of city centre of Edinburgh, which is strong high-barrier-to-entry market that can be slightly overlooked by real estate investors who prefer London or other large regional markets such as Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
