Inchwood Park in Bathgate Achieves Full Occupancy After Completing Three New Lettings

three phases comprising five

Knight Property Group has secured a new tenant at Altens Industrial Estate, Souterhead Road in Aberdeen.


Euro Gas Systems (EGS), a Romanian- owned company, who is a leading independent


packer of reciprocating


compressors has agreed to a ten-year lease on Unit 1, which extends to 3,854 sq ft and includes a small office and designated parking.


The unit in Altens Aberdeen is the head office for EGS Turbines Ltd.
