eading law firm Blake Morgan has announced a new service for the construction and development industry.


Believed to be the first of its kind in the UK, Blake Morgan will now offer project and cost management consultancy alongside traditional legal services. The new team will be led by James Gundy, formerly a Director of AECOM. James joins the Cardiff office of Blake Morgan along colleagues Alex Leighton and Alex McCusker.


Philip Jardine is a Partner with Blake Morgan and Director of the firm’s built environment division. He said: “The built environment landscape is changing. As
