Nuveen forward sell an 80,000 sq ft Self Storage Unit and appoint contractor, A&H Construction and Development, to build out Triumph Trade Park in Coventry
Nuveen acquired the former car showroom in 2023 and alongside XLB, secured a planning consent in 2024 for a 105,000 sq ft mixed used trade and self-storage scheme on the 2. 8 acre site.
Having secured vacant possession and demolished the former car showroom XLB will now oversee A&H to deliver the scheme with practical completion scheduled for July 2026.
Colliers and Bromwich Hardy are appointed letting agents for the speculative multi let industrial estate and are reporting strong occu- pier demand given its very prominent location in one of Coventry’s busiest retail areas. The 80,000 sq ft self-storage element of the scheme has been for- ward sold to ‘Here Self Storage’, a newly formed JV between Harrison Street and Pacific Investment. Rob Watts at Levy Real Estate acted for Nuveen and XLB.
