reycoat Lumleys specialises in providing excellent Interior Crew placements for motor yachts or sailing vessels worldwide. We have been placing staff for 20 years and we know a thing or two about good service! We always aim to provide our Yacht Clients with the same consistently high level of service offered to our Private Household clients. Finding carefully vetted and interviewed candidates, selected to meet the exacting standards of private owners, is our raison d’être.

We have a dedicated Yacht Consultant, who has the personal experience and recruitment expertise to enable them to assist private yacht owners with all their staffing requirements. We endeavour to find the very best Seasonal or Permanent crew by utilising Greycoat Lumleys’ extensive database of qualified and/ or experienced Chefs, Stewards and Stewardesses, Pursers, Nannies, Couples, and Housekeepers, to select the best options to join a client’s team.

Alternatively, we can also undertake a proactive search if your needs are more bespoke. Greycoat Lumleys undertakes in-resort recruitment drives to seek out top candidates and meet with existing and potential clients. We have previously visited yachting hotspots along the Cote d’Azur, namely Antibes, Monaco and Cannes, and have plans to attend some of Europe’s infamous upcoming yacht shows.

One job picked up whilst conducting a recruitment drive in Antibes was filled very quickly and successfully. As luck would have it, we happened to meet a few excellent candidates in Antibes and the most ideal Stewardess, trained in all levels of service and exactly the right personality for this job came along. If only all placements were as simple as that one!
