Emily is an example of ambition, drive and energy combined. She started in 2000 as a trainee dealer and have worked their way up through the ranks to General Manager. After covering almost every casino role you can think of through seven venues along the way. Becoming a General Manager at the age of 34 is one of her proudest
achievements, ensuring that she understood every role in the venue. Emily is not only a casino General Manager but they have achieved their position whilst also raising a family, some would say a full-time job in itself.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the gaming industry, Tracy’s name is synonymous with TCSJOHNHUXLEY and the land-based gaming sector at large. After being hired by Jeff Lindsey of John Huxley in
the early 90’s to set up and manage their in-house marketing department, Tracy has been instrumental in growing and shaping the TCSJOHNHUXLEY brand internationally, prior to and since the TCS takeover of John Huxley in 2003. Her innovation in all fields of marketing and their
keen eye have ensured that TCSJOHNHUXLEY remain at the forefront of the gaming sector. A popular face at our industry’s many trade shows, she commands a very deep understanding of the gaming industry and due to their levels of knowledge and attention to detail. Tracy remains a very valuable asset to TCSJOHNHUXLEY. The marketing campaigns that she delivers form a very important part of their sales strategy, ensuring that they are always creative and attentive to the customers’ needs whilst simultaneously demonstrating our products effectively.
In 2011 she was appointed Director of Europe for
the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) where they worked with many of the Associations European members establishing good relationships and adding considerable value to the broader gaming industry.

The judges felt that Casino Venlo is most definitely an extremely impressive example of what the casinos of the future should aspire to be. Every aspect of the design has been thought about to not only make this a fantastic venue to visit, but its sustainability credentials are remarkable too. This makes them a worthy winner!
