Q&A – MATT REBACK Q&A: Matt Reback


Matt Broughton caught up with Galaxy Gaming’s CEO, Matt Reback, just a few months into his appointment and having just attended his first ICE as a “Galaxian”.


Matt Broughton: You joined Galaxy Gaming in November of last year, so can I ask how the first few months have been for you? Matt Reback: The first three months have been an amazing whirlwind. I have had the great fortune to be able to meet a team of people, “Galaxians,” who are passionate, experienced, diverse, hard-working, innovative, genuine, and ethical. During these first


few months, we also exhibited at the ICE Gaming Show, and I was really proud of the experience that we were able to create on our stand, as well as during our customer events and dinners. Consensus from our team and our customers was that this was the company’s best ICE show ever. I was excited to accept the CEO position at Galaxy before I started but am now even more thrilled to be Galaxy’s CEO because I can see how this company will become the undisputed world-wide leader in table games.


MB: What was your immediate point of focus from day 1 as CEO? MR: Since day one, my primary focus has been on formulating and implementing a new product strategy for Galaxy Gaming. This involves identifying brands, technologies, and market innovation opportunities and actively expanding our impressive portfolio of table game brands.


MB: How was your first ICE wearing the Galaxy badge? MR: Participating in ICE London was a
