We were excited to present our latest products, such as the Galaxy Operating System (GOS), Dynamic Progressive, Roulette Up Progressive, and EZ Baccarat - currently the world’s most popular Baccarat variant. The response from our customers and partners exceeded our expectations and we look forward to seeing more of these products placed internationally.
MB: Galaxy Gaming is focused on product innovation – for both online and land-based gaming – so can you tell us what we can look forward to from Galaxy in the first half of this year? MR: Our mission is to support our customers’ growth by delivering the most innovative table game products. We are going to continue to double- down on product through a combination of brand innovation, licensing, acquisition, and tech innovation. We’re always looking for strategic additions to our product library and our product team is hard at work developing the latest version of Galaxy Operating System.
MB: You recently brought Michael Ratner onboard as EVP of Product; why is that such an important appointment for Galaxy? MR: The addition of Michael Ratner to the Galaxy Gaming team marks a significant milestone. As a seasoned casino gaming expert, his experience and disciplined approach to Product Management will reinforce our commitment to doubling down on product. He has been with the company for a few weeks and his impact is already being felt.
MB: What are the first goals you’ll be setting for him? MR: Michael Ratner’s role is pivotal in driving forward Galaxy Gaming’s product-focused strategies. Given Michael’s disciplined approach to product management, a primary focus will be on advancing the Galaxy Operating System. This involves ensuring stability and scalability, introducing new features, and maintaining its status as an industry- leading technology. Michael will also

actively foster synergies between product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that resonates with our customers and partners.
MB: Your GOS [Galaxy Operating System] seems to be going from strength to strength; what more can we expect from that product as you invest in it this year? MR: There’s a reason we call it an operating system versus just a progressive system - we’re alluding to the scalability of the technology. Michael Ratner and Steve Cvetkoski are laser-focused on creating the best and most innovative table games system and we anticipate unveiling new and exciting features that will captivate and engage our table games
customers. GOS is a platform upon which we can deliver a variety of new innovative features and functionality. Stay tuned for these upcoming innovations.
MB: Finally, is there one key specific goal you’ve set for yourself you’ll be pursuing as the year continues? MR: I am a goal-oriented individual and leader, so I have many goals, but if I was to boil them down to “one key specific goal” for 2024, it would be growth. I took the CEO position at Galaxy because I recognized an opportunity to join an amazing team and serve as the catalyst for growth from every aspect of the business.
