“Since the launch of the new platform, IBC has seen interaction from members grow by a staggering 176% over the previous platform – a sign of just how much more our members can gain from accessing the portal.”


The Portal, which was launched in August 2023, is designed to be a single source of knowledge for all IBC members and supplier partners. By logging in to www.portal. ibcbuyinggroup.com they can manage their own account information including branch addresses and full contact details, as well as having instant access to all financial information such as spend, rebate, statements and payment schedules.


The Portal also includes full details of every IBC Supplier Partner and Service Provider, so members can quickly and easily view our Supplier Agreements, browse best-selling products and prices, and also view the latest product brochures, launches and updates from Suppliers as they happen.


Crucially, the Portal also includes all current and active IBC Supplier Promotions, so that IBC members can see at a glance what products have special offers and time-limited discounts they can take advantage of. Since its launch, on average, 72% of IBC members now login to the IBC Portal every month to take advantage of its features and benefits. Around 69,000 searches for new products and promotions are made on average every month, and in the last six months alone, IBC members have downloaded over 12,000 documents uploaded by IBC Supplier Partners. Every month, IBC uploads and distributes key Supplier Partner price change documents, keeping members up to date with all the latest pricing developments in the market, as well as emailing this vital information out to members directly.
