The Fylde Coast office of law firm Napthens continues to strengthen its specialist offering with key appointments and promotions in its wills, trusts and probate team. The team at Jubilee House in Lytham has grown to a total of four with the appointment of solicitor Shelby Munn from Manchester-based firm JMW and the promotion of Joanna Tomlinson to paralegal. Legal director Victoria Cross leads the team. Helen Gaskell, legal director, who was previously based at the Lytham office, is now based primarily in Preston but continues to maintain her local connections.
StudioLWD has appointed Sam Broom as marketing manager. Sam brings more than 15 years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing strategies to the award- winning Poulton-le-Fylde agency.

Ribble Valley building consultancy Viridium has taken on its first permanent staff members. The business was founded a little over 18 months ago by chartered surveyor Gemma Cornwall. Gemma’s husband Ross Cornwall has been appointed as director, while Rebecca Latham has joined the team as office and business development manager to support client growth.
Marsden Building Society has introduced a new distribution team working alongside its lending department. It will be led by product manager Katie Broome, who brings extensive experience to the role, having worked in financial services for 14 years, including 10 years at the Nelson headquartered society.

Blackburn based accountancy firm PM+M has announced the partner promotions of Dan Bowles and Tara Maynard. Dan, from the audit, accounting and advisory team, joined PM+M in 2022 as a director. Tara, from the financial planning team, began her career in 2003. She was appointed as a financial adviser at PM+M in 2018 and was made a director in 2023.
