Estate agency giant LRG has acquired an award-winning Preston based independent lettings company as its expansion plans continue.
Its latest acquisition is Easthams & Co. Operating from an office in Fulwood, it covers a large local area, including the Fylde Coast and South Ribble area.
Easthams was established in 1984 by Sam Eastham, the father of the current owners, Matt and Ed Eastham, who will support the business during the transition.
