“When it got to my turn, there was a bit of suspense.
“I still have a laugh with Rachael saying that we would normally be all dressed up or having a nice drink but instead we were sat there, wearing comfortable clothes and watching on a laptop.

He began his career at Forbes in 2011 as a trainee and describes it as a “great firm for promoting organically” adding that it gives its people “the opportunity to grow and to run with ideas as well”.
He says: “I’m probably a bit rounder on the edges compared to five or six years ago.
directors of LawPact, an international network of law firms of which it is a member.
He says: “Around the time of the award, Forbes was doing a lot of work for clients who were trading overseas.
“It was a bit of a gap in the market, so we joined this international network of lawyers. I go to conferences around the world every six months and learn lots of things to bring back to the firm.”
