EDUCATION & CHILDCARE APPRENTICESHIPS


We offer a Level 3 apprenticeship in Early Years Educator and a Level 3 apprenticeship in Learning & Skills Teacher.


An apprenticeship blends classroom learning with on-the- job training, meaning you can earn while you learn. You will usually spend four days in the workplace as a paid employee, with one day in the classroom where you will reinforce and further develop your skills and workplace learnings.


During your apprenticeship, you will be expected to undertake a range of predefined knowledge, skills and behaviours which will relate to your chosen programme.


Depending on the level, an apprenticeship lasts between one and two years and can start at various points in the year.

PROGRESSION An apprenticeship is a great pathway to a rewarding and successful career, or can be a stepping stone to a higher level programme.

Celebrating Success...


Our T Level Childcare students have done a great job taking part in Plastic Free North Devon’s ‘Cleanse & Clean’ campaign. The college site was practically litter free, so they expanded their walk - and clean - into the roads and hedges in the surrounding area.
