SPORT ACADEMIES
Joining a Petroc Sports Academy will keep you active, allow you to hone your talents and learn about nutrition, sports psychology, health and wellness.
Petroc players and athletes have represented the South West, England and Great Britain in their chosen sports in both league and cup fixtures.
We have enjoyed some fantastic successes in recent years. Our Netball team currently sit in first place, with Basketball in 2nd and Men’s Football in 4th in their respective South West leagues.
In the Association of Colleges (AoC) 21/22 season, we had three cross country runners and three badminton players going to the National Championships. Their amazing skills and endurance contributed to the South West contingent winning the Wilkinson Sword Trophy.
Get involved and develop your skills under the expert supervision of our passionate coaches in basketball, climbing, tennis, netball, volleyball and many more exciting activities.
CHELSEA FC FOUNDATION (CFCF) FOOTBALL ACADEMY Fulfil your football playing potential!
Petroc is proud to be working with Chelsea FC Foundation (CFCF) to offer a football academy to all our students.
The Chelsea FC Foundation (CFCF) Football Academy will give you the opportunity to develop your footballing ability in a professional-style environment, coached by experienced teachers and UEFA qualified coaches. You will get the opportunity to play in the national school's league and attend coaching and development events at Chelsea's training ground throughout the year.
