How does JCM tailor its products to meet the unique requirements of EMEA gaming markets?
Te EMEA region is incredibly diverse, and our strategy reflects that complexity. We work closely with local operators, investing time to understand unique market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and player preferences.
Our modular product architecture, particularly with the UBA Pro Family, allows us to customise configurations such as with our two- and four-denomination recyclers (RQ) to suit local operational needs. Tis flexibility means our partners can deploy solutions that are highly targeted, efficient, and compliant.
In addition, our robust service infrastructure, supported by dedicated training programs and local technical expertise, gives operators the confidence that JCM’s solutions will perform reliably day in and day out. Ultimately, it’s the combination of product adaptability, local insight, and technological innovation that sets us apart in the EMEA region.
Which new JCM innovations do you believe will have the most significant impact in the EMEA region?
Tere are two major innovations that I believe will drive significant change in EMEA.
First is our new coin recycler solution, which, when combined with our industry-leading bill acceptors, enables complete payment automation. Tis is particularly relevant for retail environments and mixed-use venues that are looking to modernise their cash infrastructure.
Second is our cashless mobile solution for ticketing systems, which we
recently launched in the gaming sector. It supports the ongoing shift towards digital transactions and gives operators more flexibility in how they manage player funds.
What’s exciting is that JCM is now offering a comprehensive payment technology portfolio; from cash to coin to cashless and all with seamless integration and best-in-class reliability. Tat’s a powerful advantage for operators who need versatility and future-readiness in a fast-changing landscape.
What emerging trends in the EMEA gaming industry do you foresee?
We see several key trends shaping the future of gaming in the EMEA region.
Tere’s a growing convergence between cash handling, player engagement, and data analytics, as operators want solutions that do more than just validate banknotes. Tey want insights, automation, and an improved player experience.
We’re also seeing heightened regulatory attention, especially around responsible gaming and anti-money laundering. Tese shifts are influencing how products are designed and how operators run their floors.
Sustainability is another major theme, I believe operators are looking for future-proof technologies that reduce environmental impact while maintaining high performance.
JCM is well positioned to lead in all of these areas. Our solutions are not only technologically advanced but also designed with compliance, reliability, and adaptability in mind. We’re here to help our partners navigate this evolving environment while delivering long-term value.
