AGEM INDEX The AGEM Index rose by 93.66 points to 1,983.73 in August 2025, a 5.0 per cent increase from the prior month. Compared to one year ago, the index rose 32.1 per cent, or 481.48 points. During the latest month, eight of the 10 AGEM Index companies reported stock price increases, which resulted in eight positive contributions and two negative contributions to the AGEM Index. The largest positive contributor to the monthly index was Konami, whose 9.2 per cent increase in stock price led to a 53.28-point gain to the index. Meanwhile, Aristocrat saw its stock price increase by 3.8 per cent, leading to a 41.12-point increase. The largest negative contributor to the index was Light & Wonder whose 4.0 per cent decrease in stock price resulted in an 8.60-point loss.


AGEM is an international trade association representing manufacturers of electronic gaming devices, systems, lotteries and components for the gaming industry. The Association works to further the interests of gaming equipment manufacturers throughout the world. AGEM SEPTEMBER 2025 MONTHLY UPDATE


1 Te AGEM monthly meeting covered several key updates, including trade policy developments related to the USMCA agreement and cross-border tariffs between the US and Canada. Te group discussed upcoming changes to IRS lockup limits affecting casino operations, with AGEM planning to work with the AGA to provide guidance to operators. AGEM will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates to members as the situation develops.


2 G2E Event Vice President Korbi Carrison provided AGEM members with some important updates in the run up to the show at the September meeting. She noted that registration for G2E is ahead of last year's pace, with double-digit percentage increases attributed to industry buzz about new products and innovations. International attendance is also trending strongly, including significant representation from Canada. Te main stage content for all three days was also outlined, including keynotes on Monday and Tuesday, and a new partnership with GGW for Wednesday's focus on mental health.


Korbi also shared some new features for the show located in Hall D called Te Strip, which will include the G2E networking lounge, the IGA Tribal Gaming Lounge, a Podcast area and the G2E Dealer Championship. Tis will provide a visually different look in the expo hall and aims to provide a focal point that will benefit the whole show.

3 Te recent third Global Gaming Suppliers Seminar 2025 hosted by Vixio Regulatory Intelligence entitled Opportunities and Obstacles for Global Gaming Suppliers took place at the end of August at UNLV, Black Fire Innovation Lab. Tis successful event was well attended by AGEM members and featured panels on AI and global expansion in emerging markets.


FORTHCOMING EVENTS


1 AGEM will once again be exhibiting at G2E located at booth #5437 in Hall D between the G2E Dealer Championship area and G2E Networking Lounge.G2E. We look forward to welcoming all our members and friends.


2 AGEM members are also welcome to attend the AGEM Memorial Awards Honoring Jens Halle (for Excellence in Commercial Gaming Professionalism) and Peter Mead (for Excellence in Gaming Media & Communications). Te winners will be presented with their awards on Wednesday 8th October at 2pm in the G2E Networking Lounge.


3 Te International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) Conference on Gambling and Addiction will take place on the weekend before G2E (October 5-6) at Te Venetian Expo, Las Vegas, NV. AGEM is a main sponsor of this preeminent science-based forum featuring the latest research on gambling disorder and responsible gambling.
