Te rebranded SUZOHAPP made its first appearance at the G2E show in Las Vegas, showcasing an exhaustive array of peripheral products for every kind of gaming product, with an especially targeted focus on cash solutions
Featured on the SUZOHAPP booth at G2E was the new CashComplete SDS-35, an innovative Smart Deposit Solution that represents a cost- effective method to secure notes and reduce labour time associated with counting notes. Additionally, SUZOHAPP showed its RCS-500 and RCS-600, Recycling Cash Solutions that transform cash handling into smart cash management, alongside the reliable MFL banknote reader, the Bill-to-Bill banknote recycler, and Comestero coin validators and the coin pay-out devices (Evolution, Cube and Flow hoppers).
Delving into the success of cash handling products on the booth, SUZOHAPP’s Sim Bielak explained that the company has been investing not just in the hardware, but also in the software driving each product in order to give operators the ability to manage cash remotely. “Utilising the latest systems from SUZOHAPP, operators can login wherever they are and check on their exact cash position at any time,” explained Mr. Bielak at the G2E show. “It’s obvious that you need the hardware to manage your cash requirements, but to do so efficiently you need a system that can handle the cash provisions of different sized and scaled businesses. We’ve developed the software to do exactly that.”
Another major focus on the SUZOHAPP booth was monitors and LCD’s, featuring ELO touchscreens as well as SUZOHAPP’s own Vision PRO monitors, including new LED edge- lit monitors and innovative dual-sided monitors. Te LCDs even included a variety of buttons to suit any customer’s needs, with Mechanical Halo buttons, chrome buttons, TFT buttons, touch deck, Aura buttons and the innovative Picture Key Technology (PKT) pushbutton solution.
“One of the big issues with an LCD deck is that

there’s no button ‘feel.’ Te PKT pushbutton solution has fibre optic buttons display the images from an LCD below the panel to give tactile feedback to the player, flexibility to the OEMs to change the display of each button, and operators the robust assurance that the LCD is protected beneath the button deck itself,” explained Mr. Bielak. Another innovative lighting solution on the booth featured Optec Displays, for whom SUZOHAPP is the exclusive distributor for the company’s impressive new type of casino signage made from LED arrays that can be seen up to 300 feet away. Te clarity has to be seen to be believed.
Galaxy Gaming is delighted to have
been approved for Nevada sales A double celebration saw Galaxy announcing it had been awarded a non-restricted license as a manufacturer and distributor of gaming products in the State of Nevada in its 20th year of existence
Todd Cravens President and CEO of Galaxy Gaming, commented at G2E: “We are delighted to receive our license in Nevada. Te positive response from Nevada customers to our product offerings has been overwhelming, and we anticipate to start product field trials in the next several weeks.”
Te company has surpassed installs on 6,000 gaming tables located in over 600 casinos across the UK and also has a large install base in the UK which makes up 20 per cent of the company’s business. Some high profile
appointments is seeing it well aligned for further growth with Harry Hagerty, former CFO of Caesars, joining as Chief Financial Officer and Donna Cassese, who has held executive positions with industry leaders including Aristocrat Technologies, WMS Gaming, Te Mirage and Luxor, joining as Vice President of Marketing.
In terms of products, market favourites such as 21 + 3 and speciality games such as High Card Flush, Heads-Up Hold ‘Em and Cajun Stud will be fuelling that growth.
And finally, one of the busiest products on the SUZOHAPP booth at G2E was the InteractivePro Table. Te 42ins. 10-point multi-touch party device has been a staple on the SUZOHAPP booth for several years, but at G2E this year the company confirmed it had signed agreements with both NekTan and SpinGames to include content on the platform for the first time and monetise the games being played on the InteractivePro Table, which have been ‘fun-only’ in the past. If the number of people surrounding the table and waiting to play is any indication, then SUZOHAPP has hit upon a winning formula.
