SPORTS BETTING RUSH STREET INTERACTIVE

The teams at the properties have really done an exceptional job launching and managing the sportsbooks, which we believe validates RSI’s strategy that land-based casino teams can and should be trained to operate a successful retail sportsbook rather than casinos having to 100 per cent outsource all of the retail operations to a third party operator who lacks the incentive to drive sportsbook players to gaming products

social casino sites. Could you tell us more about that?

RSI is the developer and operator of a leading social gaming platform that is currently deployed at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia, Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois and Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady, New York, as well as selected third party partners. Te CASINO4FUN product was developed from the perspective of a land-based casino operator and has custom designed features intended to drive the social players online to visit the land-based properties more frequently.

We’ve created custom marketing windows, community chat with casino property personnel sharing upcoming promotions with the online players, and even specific games that can be played at the retail properties from the social site. We’ve integrated the social sites into the land-based casino systems so players can redeem promotional prizes by visiting the retail casino properties. We’ve also noticed that as players enjoy the social games, many become more confident in playing the real money online and land based games. Tis cross-over between social, iGaming and the bricks-and-mortar casinos creates value and puts us on the leading edge of gaming industry convergence.

Pennsylvania was always likely to be on the forefront of any possible expansion for sports betting although it has been a long process and operators have been discouraged by a very high tax rate. Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is the service provider of PA's #1 and #2 s in handle and wagering for February and March. Could you tell us more about Rush Street Interactive operations in the state?

As you mentioned, RSI is the service provider P108 NEWSWIRE / INTERACTIVE / MARKET DATA

for two of the eight retail sportsbooks currently live in the state of Pennsylvania. We’re pleased by the performance of the properties that we supply, as they’ve achieved the #1 and #2 positions in the market. While both have impressed, SugarHouse’s performance is especially exciting considering their proximity to larger (retail footprint) competitors. Te teams at the properties have really done an exceptional job launching and managing the day to day at the sportsbooks, which we believe validates RSI’s strategy that land-based casino teams can and should be trained to operate a successful retail sportsbook rather than casinos having to 100 per cent outsource all of the retail operations to a third party operator who lacks the incentive to drive sportsbook players to gaming products in other parts of the land- based casino gaming floor.

We’re very excited about launching online gaming in Pennsylvania later this year. Tis

represents a significant opportunity for us as a software provider as well as for our clients in the state, Rivers and SugarHouse casinos.

Very generally speaking how do you see the US sports market going forwards?

We expect the market will get very crowded with many suppliers and operators trying to establish a successful sports betting business in the US market. We’re already noticing some companies being extremely aggressive in terms of promotions and free play offers in an effort to stand out, and in some cases, it seems to falsely inflate performance results (GGR revenues) to impress shareholders or future casino partners whose business they are trying to win. We feel that at the end of the day, the players will stay loyal to the sites that offer them the best user experience, promotions, and customer service.

From the player perspective we expect that a
