LatAm remains one of the industry’s biggest growth stories, particularly Brazil. What level of demand are you currently seeing from operators in the region, and what infrastructure requirements are becoming priorities there? Demand across LatAm remains extremely strong, particularly following the continued regulation and formalisation of markets like Brazil.
What we are seeing now is that operators entering the region are becoming far more strategic. Tey understand that success requires more than simply translating a product into Portuguese or Spanish. Infrastructure needs to support local payment ecosystems, regional sportsbook preferences, mobile-first experiences, and scalable compliance frameworks.
Brazil in particular is accelerating demand for platforms that can combine speed, localisation, and operational scalability within a regulated environment.
You’ve spoken about the importance of partnership-driven 52
collaboration. In practical terms, what does operators working “closely” with their platform provider look like day-to-day?
For us, partnership-driven collaboration means operators are not simply buying access to technology - they are working directly with teams who understand their commercial objectives and operational challenges. Tat includes regular communication between product, commercial, and technical teams, collaborative roadmap discussions, and the ability to implement market-specific requirements quickly.
Te strongest partnerships are usually the ones where both sides operate transparently and proactively, rather than treating the relationship as a traditional supplier model.
Are you seeing operators become more proactive about infrastructure that supports responsible scaling and reporting?
Definitely. Compliance is no longer viewed purely as a cost or operational burden. Operators increasingly understand that strong compliance infrastructure supports sustainable growth, particularly as regulation becomes more complex globally. Having the right reporting systems, responsible gaming tools, and jurisdictional controls in place allows operators to scale with confidence.
We are seeing far more proactive conversations around compliance- driven infrastructure than we did even two or three years ago.
How important is platform flexibility in avoiding operational bottlenecks as product portfolios expand?
