In European countries, we have a very specific profile for customers. Tey bet on sports until X time of the day, beyond which they start betting on casino content. In Brazil, no. Te variabilities are much greater. If they are based in the north or south, the types of games that people enjoy playing and the volume of bets is different. Only with local partners can we provide our customers a better experience.
Despite Salsa being very strong on the analytics - and analytics do help decision making a lot - Brazil has a betting environment that is wonderful, I would say beautiful, that's totally different from Europe. It's a very relational country. People like to have relations with each other.
We see it in the games and the actions people take and this is something that in Europe, we don't take into consideration. Small things like the customer support that we try to automate more in Europe with decision trees, artificial intelligence and so on. In Brazil, people like to talk with each other.
Tere are big differences between the respective market approaches. It's neither better nor worse. It's just different in the adaptation and this is a point of differentiation for Salsa Technology from other competitors in the market because we're a native Brazilian company. Brazil is part of the company’s DNA.

Another product being pushed by the company is Salsa Safe. Could you tell us more about the solution and how it differentiates from other offerings in the market?
Salsa Safe applies to two different concepts. Firstly, it's a platform for regulators. Tey receive a lot of information from all the operators with daily operations, hourly operations, deposits, withdrawals, self-exclusion and so on.
Te first goal of this tool is to provide the regulators one single point of management
information system where they can not only check how to apply to Texas, how to see the conformity or the compliance of the operations if they don't have, if the volume of an operation is over a certain amount of money so they have full control if the operators are reporting everything hour by hour. It's a platform that aims to give the regulators stability and assurance that all the information on a market is correct.
Salsa Safe also applies to operators. Tis is not in the same version that a regulator needs to have the full picture of operators at the same time. Operators need to send all these reports, reports with support, reports with casino content, reports with players.
Te Salsa Safe platform is specifically designed to have quick entry to the market - processes that take huge time to implement. Te goal is to have a product that quickly plugs to an iGaming platform that with small adaptations is ready to fulfil the regulatory requirements.
