PORTER RANCH, CA — X-ray in- spection specialist SEC Ltd., has introduced its X-eye 6300NTI in- line 3D CT AXI system. The sys- tem provides world-class pulsed X- ray with a hybrid open tube. High- quality images can be acquired at high speed without image drag- ging. The X-eye 6300NTI provides ultra-high-resolution images with oblique CT at 70° tilt. High-speed 2D and 3D CT in-
spection is made possible by a 3.5 s/FOV and 9.6 MP detector with a large FOV for 2D and 3D CT in- spection. The hybrid open tube, de- veloped by the company itself, is installed in X-eye 6300NTI, which enables high magnification and defect detection down to 50 µm. The tube offers a long life of 5,000 hours with an open transmission type structure that is installed in
