XL with a Nu/Clean D.I. Elite plus. The cleaner features touchscreen control, fast cy- cle times, industrial grade stainless steel process chambers with viewing windows, and rotating spray bars with coherent jet technol- ogy incorporating random vectorized spray patterns. This allows cleaning fluid to flow even under low-standoff components. The AquaBatch series can be configured to work in tandem with a D.I. Elite water treatment system.
Available features such as
closed-loop wash, closed-loop rinse, zero discharge, and waste- water evaporator also are avail- able. The AquaBatch helps EC Tronics attain quality at an af- fordable price. Devlin says that the Aqua
Batch XL will increase through- put with its two-tier capability. The overall technology update versus the unit being replaced will add reliability to EC Tronics’ process.
Another benefit to the sys-
tem is Technical Devices’ ability to accommodate a range of space variables. Devlin adds, “This al- lowed us the ability to modify the D.I. equipment needed to fit in an existing space. Ultimately, we had no need to modify this op- tion. The overall clean lines of the equipment adds a cleaner look to an area of the facility that previously did not have that.”
