2. The Transition Year class in your school carried out a survey of how many students in their year group use social media and their attitudes to the time spent on social media. Based on the data supplied below, write a report on this survey for your school magazine or website.

1. Have I read the question very carefully and analysed exactly what I am being asked to do?


2. Have I followed the correct format for the report? (check guidelines) 3. Have I paragraphed properly? One idea or comment per paragraph. 4. Have I maintained objectivity and avoided bias?


5. Have I used formal, clear English and avoided slang or colloquial expressions? ¨ 6. Have I avoided using contractions? (e.g. ‘I’ve’ instead of ‘I have’). 7. Have I signed the report correctly?
