Analytical Intelligence Starts with the Sample Injection The AOC-30i liquid autoinjector

Whatever requirements might arise with your GC analysis the AOC-30 liquid autoinjector from Shimadzu grows with your laboratory’s needs. The basic AOC-30i configuration has a capacity of 30 samples. This can be upgraded to dual tower configuration for doubling the measuring speed of your samples. Alternatively, two different applications can be operated on the same GC. By adding a sampler, the basic and dual tower configuration can be extended to 150 samples for high sample throughput with fast GC applications.

The AOC-30i supports several syringes for injection volumes ranging from 0.01µl for high concentrated samples or on column injection (OCI) up to 200µl for large volume injection (LVI).

Up to four solvent vials can be placed in the autoinjector turret for flexible syringe rinse procedures. Using four vials of the same solvent offers sufficient capacity for large volume injections. Rinsing with two solvents of different polarity extends the maintenance intervals and lifetime of the micro syringes. For difficult or dirty sample matrixes the AOC-30i offers extensive syringe rinse possibilities by using up to four different solvents.

Intense syringe prewashing with several solvents might extend a GC run significantly. To save the time for more sample measurements the AOC-30i starts the wash procedure while the GC is running. As soon as the GC reports ready status for the measurement the sample injection is performed immediately.

Two additional liquids can be injected with the sample by using the AOC-30i layer injection technique. This allows easy injection of an internal standard or additional solvent with the sample.

Suits perfectly Grows according to needs

The brand-new AOC-30 series of automatic sample injection systems for gas chromatographs benefits routine analysis work in pharmaceutical, chemical and environmental.
