Corporate Christmas For some groups, the activity is key. From escape
games, rage rooms or even axe throwing, activities can be perfect for the smaller, more adrenaline filled group. Bear Grylls Adventure is just a nine-minute train from New Street Station and offers a range of activities from high ropes to archery, or snorkelling with sharks (from £25). The city also has a great range of activities that can be held as part of a traditional night out such as Flight Club, the first social darts venue in the city, or Serve, a late night ping pong bar. It’s also good to remember that Christmas is an
expensive time of year, be conscious of the extra cost expectation that comes with a Christmas night out. An all-inclusive party is ideal for a stress free night and there are a wealth of choices with three of the biggest venues in the city offering them including the ICC (from £49.50), The Birmingham Conference and Events Centre (from £40) and The Library of Birmingham (from £56). These all-inclusive nights usually include dinner, entertainment and a choice of alcoholic and soft drinks. The final thing to consider is location which can be
crucial in making your party a success. Think about your colleagues and how they usually travel. If your office is in the city centre, it means most of your team won’t have issues travelling in. however it’s good to consider the option of hotels to allow people to stay and enjoy the full evening. Sadly, we’ve all seen an amazing party cut short due to the timings of the last train home. party planners put on ourselves but remember, it’s Christmas, the season of goodwill, and deep down everyone just wants to have a good time. The most important thing is that on the night, you make sure to let your hair down and enjoy all your hard work.
