18 - 19 August WWI EXHIBITION - KINGSWEAR 1914-1918 Lower Village Hall, Kingswear This free exhibition, compiled by a local historian, will include a few photos, a set of medals and almost 50 documents relating to people in Kingswear during the war. These will include excerpts from service records of combatants killed and those who returned; tribunal records for exemption from service, newspaper reports on profiteering and local ‘colour’. 10.30am-4.30pm
