past few months, created a lifestyle, culinary compila- tion called “Book of Bia – Your Complete Guide to a Healthy Life”. The project was part of the Junior En- trepreneur Programme.


It


began, originally, as a rec- ipe book but as the students learned about nutritional value and the importance of physical and mental well-being it evolved into


so much more than recipes. There is a wealth of infor- mation contained within its pages to benefit all ages. Utilising all of their tech- nological,


computer and


social skills, they conducted interviews of local sports stars Séamus Har- nedy and Orlagh Farmer on their re- gimes and concepts for healthy living, as well as local restaurants such as the Granary Food- store, Ferrit & Lee and O’Donovans, who kindly shared some
