tacos. I had the Patagonia Steak taco (with grilled marinated steak, shaved cabbage chimichurri, charred tomatillos, chipotle ranch, frizzled onions and chopped cilantro) which was a slice of Heaven. My other choice was the Mother Clucker (featuring chipotle pulled chicken, grilled peppers & onions, queso bianco, guacamole, chopped bacon, lettuce and pico), also outstanding. Now, to be honest, it was just so much food that I had to take one of my tacos home for dinner. Not a bad thing at all!
drinking during the day rule. It sure did taste great with this particular lunch! There are many other tempting items
on the menu that I have yet to experience, but look forward to, from their famous Fried Green Tomatos to the Burrito Bowl, the “Dang Chimichanga,” and much more, plus I long to experience their Mexican infused Sun- day Brunch! I mentioned earlier that the staff is al-
ways friendly. I want to give a shout out to a waitress at Hub City that I have had several times now. Cassidy is a sweet and kind young girl who does an outstanding job. Give that girl a raise! While there are only two locations of

tanburg) location of Willy Taco, I again or- dered the chips. They had a special off-menu salsa that had feta cheese in it, so I tried it. While it was mighty good, I decided that I love their “regular” salsa so much, I ordered that as well. It was a salsa fest! I ordered what has become my favorite menu item (I have now returned about five times!), the Braised Brisket Quesadillia. ($11) Oh my Lord! It’s so good, it’ll make you slap your Granny! This work of culinary art features Dos Equis braised black angus brisket (They had me at Dos Equis!) organic brown rice, spicy chipotle puree, charred peppers and caramelized onions, pico, melted jack, guacamole and chipotle ranch! By the way, I decided that I just had to break down and have an ice-cold Dos Equis amber draft, breaking my “no
Willy Taco at present, I don’t see how they can avoid spreading their wings. There should be a Willy in every major city! The food is so good, the parking lots at both locations seem to be full all the time. Make a note, these guys are closed Mondays. Hey, after the weekend rush they deserve it. My advice to you is to make plans today to check out Willy Taco. Tell ’em I sent you! They’ll give you a free sticker! (Of course, they’ll give you one any- way. LOL.)
