MK: Well, my grandad played a lot, he was a big fixture in the music community in Greenville, South Carolina area. Bill King.


MK: And both my uncles Ron King and Don “Paul Hornsby was my mentor when I was a young

MK: Haha, well let me know if where I am at is too loud. MB: I don’t hear any background noise re- ally. MK: Ok cool. MB: Its for a magazine instead of radio anyway, so it’s much more relaxed. MK: Alright MB: Alright, I’ve just got a few questions here, the obvious things. I kinda know the answer to some of them but I want to put it in the interview. Is it true you were born in Greenville? MK: Yeah, Greenville South Carolina MB: Yeah, that’s my second home town, my first is here in Spartanburg. But I lived in Greenville for most of my life so I love it up there. MK: Yeah man.
