EXPERIENCE
International Paint has a considerable track record in North Sea offshore oil and gas installations stretching back more than 35 years, alongside an extensive track record in the renewable energy sector, supplying coatings for over 30,000 wind turbine towers worldwide since the mid 1980s. As a result they are able to combine extensive offshore experience with a detailed understanding of the wind business to deliver a complete offshore coatings solution, which has been proven in the harshest environments. Recent projects include substations for Lincs and Sheringham Shoal, transition pieces for Belwind and foundations for Ormonde.
ASSET LIFE
As the expected life of assets is being increased in the offshore environment, they can provide technical support with the creation of specifications and field technical service from their fully certified inspectors to ensure that the coatings selected are the right choice, are applied properly and provide the anticipated lifespan.
