DELAWARE Newark – Astrid E. Schrier has been named Produce Marketing Association’s new Event Manager - Foodservice.
MARYLAND National Harbor – Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center appoint- ed David Creamer as its new Executive Chef. Creamer will oversee culinary operations for the resort, including its banquet kitchen and seven dining and beverage outlets.
NEW JERSEY Jersey City – Stacey Barone has been named Area Corporate Sales Manager for Landmark Hospitality.
Sussex County – Susan Croggon has joined the Crystal Springs Resort team as Senior Corporate Sales Manager.
PENNSYLVANIA Bucks County – Visit Bucks County wel- comed its newest staff member, Lisa Paglaiccetti, as Industry Relations Director. Paglaiccetti will cultivate new and existing partnerships with restau- rants, attractions, lodging, retail and vari- ous other venues and organizations in the hospitality industry as well as the region’s business community. She also will expand the educational program- ming and networking opportunities for Bucks County’s tourism industry.
Gettysburg – Destination Gettysburg announced the addition of Amy Sites as the organization's new Meetings Market Manager. Sites will work with members to grow the destination's meetings mar- ket, highlighting both traditional and unique meeting and event venues, growing leadership development pro- grams, as well as the variety of ameni- ties that Adams County has to offer meeting and event planners.
Kennett Square – Courtney Babcock has been promoted to Director of Sales for the Chester County Conference and Visitors Bureau.
King of Prussia – The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board expand- ed their staff by hiring Scott Higgins as the new Associate Director of Sales, and Jessica Willingham to the position of Director of Arts and Culture. Willingham comes to the VFTCB from the Montgomery County Commissioners Office, where she served as Press Secretary and brings a depth of knowl- edge about the county and a passion for promoting its wealth of assets centering on the performing and visual arts.
Philadelphia – Garces Philadelphia's Latin-inspired hospitality group has promoted Judy Moore to Senior Vice President, Erin Buday to Director, Sales and Marketing (Restaurant Division), Claire Smith to Sales and Marketing Manager
for the Distrito Brand, Kate Carr as Marketing Manager, and has named Sonia Forcina to Director of Sales and Marketing for Garces Events.
Philadelphia – Nicole Morganstern has been named Director of Sales for SPiN Philadelphia, the soon-to-be opened 12,000-square foot ping pong social club and events center. Morganstern also is the Co-Founder of Party Partners of Philadelphia, a group of leaders in the hospitality industry that seeks to net- work, volunteer and create a uniquely collaborative atmosphere in the City. Philadelphia – Nichole Williamson is the new General Manager for One Liberty Observation Deck.
