Hershey Lodge’s newest addition is Fire & Grain - a contemporary American restaurant slated to open in mid-May 2017. Fire & Grain replaces Lebbie Lebkicher’s restaurant, and will be locat- ed in the main lobby, available for break- fast, dinner and drinks.
“We are thrilled to announce our newest restaurant, Fire & Grain,” said Jason Heath, general manager at Hershey Lodge. “As we celebrate the lodge’s 50th year, we are proud to continue making additions and improvements to
our property and look forward to bring- ing new energy to the lobby area.” Fire & Grain will focus on innovative comfort food with an open kitchen con- cept. Various dining areas will include modern bar seating, classic tables, cozy booths, and gathering tables.
“Our team is eager to open Fire & Grain,” said Kevin O’Brien, food and beverage director at Hershey Lodge. “This new concept gives our culinary experts the opportunity to create a dis- tinctive dining experience. Combined with the imagination of our beverage team, Fire & Grain will be a unique
restaurant...for the Hershey community.”
