“Another new offering we have for group meetings would be our inspired new pasta salads from different regions of Italy,” she continues. “Never before has pasta salad been this exciting! My new favorite is the Calabria Pasta Salad with trofie pasta, sharp provolone, soppressa- ta, caramelized red onions, grilled zuc- chini, sweet peppers, oregano, and spicy picante tomato sauce.”


When it comes to upcoming trends for the year and beyond, Howe feels that family-style dining will continue to be popular. “We feel as though guests will welcome family-style menus instead of the traditional plated our buffet offerings. Our executive chef, James Liuzza is excit- ed to bring a unique style of food and service. Our chefs have created a menu that not only dates back to their child- hood memories, but has molded their passions for food from the beginning.”


“Currently, we are offering a family-style menu that has a vast selection of simply prepared, traditional dishes with warm, inviting presentations,” adds Howe. “Favorites of the staff include our lobster stuffed flounder, our shrimp and crab risotto, and our pork osso bucco. All per- fect for sharing around the table with loved ones!”


No stranger to food service, ARAMARK feeds over 100 million guests a year throughout the U.S. and beyond. The ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment division, specifically, caters to a number of local fans and guests for various event venues.


At Citizens Bank Park, catering sales manager Harmon Bryen discusses the many options available for various styles of events.
