Valley Forge Casino Resort King of Prussia, PA

Valley Forge Casino Resort is currently undergoing a $6 million redesign and renovation that is being led by the design firm Styer and Associates, Inc., a subsidiary of the StyerGroup.

The facelift is part of a new push to attract a wider audience to the King of Prussia resort. The Casino Tower will undergo a transformation that will include the creation of two new "super" suites. Most of the Casino Tower's six floors already have been completed to date. After the renovation, the tower will have, in addition to the super suite guest rooms, 40 suites and 116 standard rooms. Renovations will include new carpeting, wall coverings, draperies, upgraded bathrooms, furniture and custom artwork.

Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing Philadelphia, PA

Consuming the entire third floor of the hotel, emc3 encom- passes 4,000-square feet of innovative and integrated space easily adaptable and customizable for any use.

“Simply put, I see emc3 as place where great minds can achieve greater accomplishments.

In the Greater

Philadelphia area, we’re seeing a demand for increasingly sophisticated, yet comfortable, space that’s easily accessible,” explains Daniel J. Keating lll, owner and developer of the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing.

The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing opened emc3, the Executive Meeting Center on Three, the hotel’s new and fully renovated customizable meeting space. The totally reimag- ined and refreshed space features an intelligently designed and highly collaborative floor plan, modern décor, thought- ful and practical touches for ease of use, and, of course, the property’s signature sweeping waterfront views.

Other highlights of the renovation project include the addi- tion of an exclusive Hilton Honors Lounge, redesign of the reception area, renovated ballroom facilities, and the trans- formation of the hotel restaurant space into Keating’s Rope & Anchor, Bar + Kitchen, a waterfront dining experience.

Updates also are being made to all 350 guestrooms, includ- ing the expansive and stately Owner’s Suite. The start of this last phase will soon be announced, with the full hotel redesign slated to conclude in early 2018.
