Law firm Mills & Reeve has merged with London-based Maxwell Winward. The new firm will be called


Mills & Reeve and will continue to be headquartered at Monument Place, London. Maxwell Winward, which was


created in 2007 following a merger between Maxwell Batley and Winward Fearon, is renowned for its real estate, surety, projects and construction practices.


Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce are again supporting the West Midlands Finance Awards. The awards – organised by


the Chambers, ICAEW, Robert Walters and RSM – take place at The ICC on 16 November. Applications are being are
