Students of the Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, in Chicago, had a chance to meet with Lydia Sarfati, CEO and Founder of Repêchage, for an all-day seminar where she provided a lecture and answered questions.
Sarfati began her visit with a presentation on Repêchage, the company she founded over 35 years ago, and the various product lines she has developed over the years. Sarfati continued with the importance of seaweed in skin care and why it’s become the foundation of all Repêchage products.
Students were then told the importance of on- going education in their careers, with continuous training being one of the cornerstones of Sarfati’s method. After the presentation by Sarfati, students were supervised on their technique and given the opportunity to ask Sarfati specific questions about skin care treatments, the beauty industry and how to stay at the top of your game in a growing field.

Trainer day success
Salon System organised for RefectoCil brand manager, Marina Sulzer to meet their educators from around the UK at Training Solutions, recently.
Marina came in to present and train the educators in the entire range including its selection of sensitive tints and creative colour options.
Marina told GN: “Getting up close and personal with educators is the ideal way to share our philosophy and brand ethos. RefectoCil has so many unique elements so education is key to helping promote the brand to beauty therapists. This was the ideal opportunity to help spread the word of our custom colour and tinting experience.”
