Going Out - Page 43 Listeners and Stepping Stones
The Listeners telephone Helpline, 96 599 66 78 is manned by volunteers 24/7, who are there to offer a confidential ear with empathy and understanding. For face-to-face support, Stepping Stones have group meetings on the second Wednesday of every month at the El Cid Restaurant in Benidoleig. The group meetings are run by a retired professional who ran his own psychotherapy practice in the UK. Those who attend the Stepping Stones group have very different backgrounds and life experiences, but have found the relaxed and informal meetings mutually supportive and very helpful. Moraira UFO Discussion Group
This is a friendly discussion group which meets up every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 6pm to 8pm at the Jacaranda Bar, Moraira, located at the corner of Calle de Mar de Timor and Camino de Viejo del Portet. We aim to promote investigation and research within this field in order to share information and discuss topics related to this subject. A speaker will discuss a chosen topic and this is followed by a question and answer session where all will be invited to discuss the subject of the talk and possibly expand on the theme.
