My only disappointment was that
the practice round was called off because of bad weather. The kiosks and buildings for buying souvenirs were also closed. I was really looking forward to picking up a few things. (Thank goodness for online sales.) We headed back to the car with
all those thousands of people. The way they moved out was something to see. It was much faster than trying to get out of the Canadian Tire Centre in Kanata after a Sens game. We found out the next day that all
money spent on tickets for that day would be refunded and we would have first right to buy tickets for next year’s Masters Monday practice round. Done deal. And I have now ticked off
another item on my bucket list. As a golfer, this one was pretty special. If you ever thought about going to the Masters in early April, here is the website where you can put your name in for the lottery: www.
masters.com . The lottery begins early summer. Good luck. I also love to fish, and Plummers
Lodge at Great Slave Lake, or maybe B.C. salmon fishing, are starting to make their way into my mind. Maybe one day I can cross that off my bucket list, too.
