LIW REVIEW

on show from familiar names including Aquaflex, Calorex, Certikin International, Dalesauna, Plastica, Sterling Hydrotech, Swimco and Suntrap Systems to name just a few. All were returning for successive years to the Midlands venue. Also back were Topline Electronics with a number of products but this year they were really making a statement with their stand which put the emphasis on wellness and what really caught the eye were some of the bespoke luxury tiled products from their UK made Aachen Wellness line of steam rooms and saunas.

Their live, bright and vibrant Interactive Play Platform proved to be a big hit, and attracted a record breaking number of visitors to their stand. increasing revenue and customer throughput. LIW regulars JC Leisure used the show to launch its latest solution for leisure operators. JC Assist is an online resource which allows the scheduling of maintenance and repairs plus provides users with a wealth of information on how to maintain pool equipment. Making their show debut were RWH Construction who provide a wide variety of water play solutions to the commercial sector and who have been actively working alongside a number of other specialist companies for a number of years.

Another newcomer are HeatPumps4Pools who were launching their polymer based COVERFree liquid swimming pool cover to the commercial sector. Away from the Pool & Spa zone, offerings from companies including Gantner and Safe Space Lockers made up what was a good mix of exhibitors for the wet leisure sector and a thoroughly worthwhile show to attend. In summary, it appeared that after a couple of years where it seemed it had, well, drifted a touch, LIW seems to be back on course again. SPN

As well as familiar faces, new companies exhibited at LIW including RWH Construction with their water play products
