Jacuzzi created hydromassage and is at the forefront of technology and product development in hydrotherapy and wellness products. Jacuzzi Spa & Bath Ltd brought together their considerable knowledge to create a RIBA CPD seminar called ‘Hydrotherapy in the Home & Hotels’. This seminar took place 17 September at the SoFarSoNear Showroom, 19 Grosvenor Place, SW1X 7HT in the heart of London and the event enabled architects to learn the values and benefits of hydrotherapy and hydromassage, allowing them to discuss these concepts with confidence with their clients in their next project. As part of their first RIBA CPD event, Jacuzzi Spa & Bath Ltd invited architects and interior

designers to an exclusive preview of the new Daniel Libeskind designed FLOW. The company collaborated with Daniel Libeskind to create a design icon which encompasses the performance and technology of the incomparable Jacuzzi hydromassage.

Waterstream Comes To Aid Of ‘Gadget Man’

Waterstream Ltd, the West Sussex based group of leisure companies, has been approached by production staff at Channel 4’s ‘Gadget Man’ to supply hot tub related gadgets for the latest series of their cult programme which takes a light-hearted and sometimes irreverent look at the world of gadgets and gizmos.

The show is presented by the IT Crowd’s Richard Ayoade, a self-confessed gadget junky. Channel 4 say Richard immerses himself in the world of gadgetry, trying out all the products and prototypes he can lay his hands on: gadgets from the future, gadgets from the past and sweet little gizmos that people can buy today – and that will change the way they live their lives tomorrow. Sheila Simpson, Waterstream’s Sales Executive, said: “We received a call from the Gadget Man production team who said they were doing a programme themed

around The Great Outdoors and asked if they could order some spa related gadgets. We were of course happy to oblige and we supplied them a Floating Spa Bar and a Floating Underwater Light Show.” The Spa Bar can be seen in action being put to use by comic actor Stephen Mangan in an inflatable portable spa. The programme, the first of Series 2, was aired for the first
