he two Lees and head Chef Geraint Williams have just fi nalised the new autumn menu, with lots of new dishes for you to sample during the colder months.
Geraint, along with his team of expert chefs have hand-
crafted a variety of tantalising new dishes for you to try, using locally sourced seasonal ingredients from quality suppliers. They’ve even used their award-winning ales and ciders in
these new dishes. Lee Selway said: “Our great team of chefs are very
passionate about each and every dish that they create. “Their meticulous method for creating great tasting food
using a combination of unique and traditional fl avours is second to none.” You can still enjoy your favourite New Court signature
dishes, most of which are still available on the lunchtime classics menu, where you can enjoy a starter or dessert and a main course for only £10.95. This great deal is available every lunchtime from 12noon
until 2.30pm. A fi rm favourite with the locals and regulars is the
spectacular Sunday lunch, which is served from 12noon until 4pm. Not only will you get to enjoy a beautifully hand-crafted
Sunday roast, you also get to listen to the musical talents of Sarah and H or Bluesy Susie whilst you dine. Sunday lunch at the New Court Hotel offers a delicious
three-course traditional roast, with a delectable menu featuring something different each week.
