o-owner Lee Taylor told Voice: “Our new head chef Ricky Ash is going to take the Bell Inn to
the next level with his expert culinary knowledge, fi nesse and expertise.” Ricky has worked in some of the
fi nest restaurants in the local area and was also stationed at The Bell in 2005. His attention to detail and
the creative fl air he puts into his fl avoursome dishes will please even the fussiest of palettes, the new autumn and winter menu at The Bell will surely not disappoint. The award-winning a la carte
restaurant is open every day, serving lunch between 12noon and 2.30pm and dinner between 6pm and 9.30pm. Why not take advantage of the
amazing lunchtime classic menu this September? For only £10.95 you can choose
any appetiser or dessert and main from this sensational menu. The bar is open daily from 12noon
until 11pm, serving a full range of fresh coffee and cakes, real ales, ciders, premium lagers, spirits and wines.
There has recently been a new addition to the cooking team at The Bell.

Selway and Lee Taylor have won many awards for their hard work and dedication at The Bell Inn. These awards include being
named Best Food Pub by a local newspaper, winning numerous V Awards and being crowned CAMRA National Cider Pub of year and CAMRA Welsh Cider Pub of the Year. The Christmas menu is also
available for bookings priced at £19.95 for two courses and £24.95 for three courses. Dishes on this superb menu
include traditional turkey, chestnut and butter risotto, and salmon wellington, all of which are served with roast potatoes and winter vegetables. The delightful Bell Inn is
