He's back!
Over 20 years after the discovery of Scotty the
T.rex in the Frenchman River Valley, the gigantic dinosaur has returned to Eastend. In March of this year, a life-size replica of one of the most complete
T.rex skeletons ever found was unveiled at the
T.rex Discovery Centre. Scotty's skele- ton stands about six metres tall and more than 12 metres long, with a massive skull approaching two metres in length. It dominates the cen- tre's gallery, greeting visitors who come to learn about Saskatchewan's paleontological heritage. Be sure to visit the
T.rex Discovery Centre to see other prehistoric fossils and learn about Saskatchewan's rich dino- saur history. Regular programming also takes place at the centre.
