As the issue goes to press the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations have just come to an end. It was a long build up and expectations of increased spending across treats, food
and alcohol were high, only time will tell if they came to fruition... There is no time to pause, we now stand
on the brink of an even more loaded event, the London Olympic Games 2012. With the months of industry preparation and investment finally coming to a head, now the question on everyone's lips is, once the circus has packed up and moved on, what legacy will we be left with?
