Zumba Gold for Seniors Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
It’s a

Turbo Kick
Get ready to punch, kick and burn those calories!! Turbo Kick is the evolution of kickboxing. This action-packed, super-fun class allows participants of any fitness level to custom tailor their work- out. You’ll experience a total body workout including cardio kick- boxing, dance, core and leg strengthening, abdominal work and yoga cool down with easy to follow choreography set to today’s hottest music.
