Early Childhood Programs Tot Rock!
Come one, come all! It’s Tot Rock time; you’ll have a ball! Join this popular music and movement program to sing, dance, play and learn! Together we will use rhythm instru- ments like maracas and tambourines, explore movement props like scarves and bean bags, and explore sensory items like bubbles and feathers. By combining structured activities with directed play and sensory exploration, your tot’s fine and gross motor skills and socialization will im- prove each week. It’s music and fun rolled into one! Class meets at the Woodridge Community Center, 2600 Center in Woodridge.

Kid Rock!
Sing, dance, jump and play, having fun the Kid Rock way! Join this popular music and movement program and sing songs, dance to the beat, play with rhythm instruments and props, improve fine and gross motor skills, and engage in imaginative play. Kid Rock also helps with listening skills and socialization. Kid Rock I is for parent and child interac- tion; Kid Rock II encourages independence as parents only stay for the first and last weeks. All Early Childhood Programs take place at the Recreation Center at 1925 Ohio Street unless specified otherwise.
Dance Program
The Lisle Park District dance program is a cumulative pro- gram that runs Fall 2011 through Spring 2012, no new students will be added this Session.
Recital |All dance classes will perform in the Spring Recital that will be presented on Saturday, May 12, 2012,
at the Lisle High School Auditorium in the afternoon. The dress rehearsal will be on Thursday, May 10, 2012, at the Lisle High School Auditorium. Each class will be assigned a rehearsal time between 4pm and 9pm.
Costumes|All participants must attend the costume fit- ting during class time January 9, 10, and 11. A separate
costume fee of $50 will be charged and is due at the fitting. This fee is non-refundable. If you withdraw from a dance class for any reason after the costumes are ordered, you will still receive a costume. Students must have a costume to participate in the recital.
