In just over a decade since he began performing, Reginald D Hunter has become one of the UK Comedy industry’s best-known and most distinctive performers. His work is often brutally honest, frequently controversial but always meticulously measured and thought out.

He is one of the few performers to have been nominated for the highly coveted main Perrier Award in three consecutive years and has become a well-known face on primetime television shows such as Live At The Apollo and QI and is a frequent guest on Have I Got News For You.


FELL CLARINET QUARTET – CLASSICAL MUSIC Fri 23rd Sept – 7.30pm Formed in 1999 at the RNCM, the Fell Clarinet Quartet is an exciting and versatile ensemble. As well as original works, their repertoire ranges from arrangements of opera, folk & jazz, to Jewish Klezmer and contemporary classical music.


The Quartet has released two CDs - Bohemian Rhapsodies and Knotwork. They have given highly successful recitals at venues such as the Purcell Room, Kings Place and the Bridgewater Hall as well as performing live on BBC Radio. Tight ensemble playing,

phenomenal fingerwork and a wonderful variety of tone colour are the trademarks of this very talented group.

CAB TALK GREG HUMPHRIES – SPEAKER Thurs 29th Sept – 7.30pm “The History of English Landscape Art in 60 minutes!” An enthusiastic, informative and passionate tour of the creative artists involved in shifting our perspective and ideas about the English landscape. From Turner to the contemporary scene Greg casts light on 200 years of artistic history in a lecture which grabs your attention from beginning to end. As an artist and educator with hundreds of hours experience delivering public lectures, Greg has been working with TATE for the past 8 years sharing knowledge, provoking questions and enjoying the debates that surround visual art.
