Young O behind the scenes of “Never Back Down”
Saturday 25th September saw Heygate Estate, in Elephant and Castle invaded by some of the hottest UK Urban acts on the scene, for the filming of Young O’s new single “Never Back Down”. With guests on the record Lefty London (Frsh Ent), Ozzie B and Wizz (GMTA), Jammin (Nationality) and Roachee (Ruffsquad) all in attendance it was set to be a great day from the outset.
As Shimmer Productions set up their multiple cameras and confirmed locations you could tell that this was a heavyweight production, set to result in an amazing video.
As the day progressed with such professionalism and ease the cameos kept coming. Kicking off with Dotstar, who learnt the words whilst filming! leading through the day to Blak Twang, Silvastone (single producer), Mc Versatile, Dice FrSH, K2, Noble ‘kig’ Dan, DJ Col-J and Young Dray.
With the video given an added twist, using free-runners (Mark Johnson) and crew, they certainly kept the artists, crew and entourage entertained. This video is set to be massive!, so make sure you check it out when it is released at the end of October.
