Hernon: Autosealer Tabletop Dispensing Robot Has 3- and 4-Dimension Motion
Sanford, FL — Hernon Manufac - turing has engineered an automated,
industrial dispensing robot called the Autosealer 2250. The new robot offers reliable
operation with excellent repeatabili- ty for the precise application of adhe- sives and sealants. The Autosealer is an industrial
dispensing robot that can be used for multiple manufacturing processes including potting or bonding. Its three- and four-dimensional motion controls allow for an operator to eas- ily program complex patterns on dif- ferent planes.
According to the company, the
Autosealer 2250 robot is excellent for repeat, complex patterns and uni- form patterns; the new robot is more than just a piece of dispensing equip- ment. It will save manufacturing time while increasing accuracy, and decreasing costs associated with labor and the adhesive loss typically associated with other methods of dis- pensing. With the ability to work as a
standalone unit or as part of an auto- mated solution, the Autosealer robot
can be easily integrated into assem- bly lines and other in-line conveyor- based manufacturing processes. In addition, this industrial dispensing robot can be quickly set up and easi- ly programmed with a personal com- puter, eliminating the need for learn- ing complex programming lan-
guages. Contact: Hernon Manufacturing

resistance. The resistor's features com-
bined with its ultra low height and thickness of 0.6mm make it suitable for use in small equipment. It has a wide temperature range from as low as –65 up to +155°C. The TLR3AP resistor is AEC-Q200 qualified mak- ing it especially suitable for the transportation industry, as well telecommunications, consumer
electronics and industrial markets, in current sensing applications such as DC-to-DC conversion, inverter power supplies, CPU current sensing
and motor controls. Contact: KOA Speer Electronics,
