Page 69 Techcon Offers Dispensing Solutions

Garden Grove, CA — Techcon Systems, a product group of OK International, is showing the TS9200D Jet Tech, a non-contact dispense valve capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400,000 Cp. Jet Tech offers a fast jetting action producing hun- dreds of precise droplets in less than one second. The main feature of the valve is a single, easily replaceable diaphragm to eliminate dynamic fluid seals found in other jet valves. No longer is it nec- essary to disassemble, clean and replace worn seals, which translates into saving time and money. The diaphragm also allows fast cycle rates because of its very small mass. There is no large sliding valve stem that slows down the process. With this novel diaphragm design, the energy needed to eject a drop can be adjusted providing a wider process window. Techcon is also showing its new TSR2000

Bench Top Robot Series that has been designed for a wide range of fluid dispensing applications, from inline to batch. The versatile dispens- ing platforms deliver consistent, high-performance dispensing results at an affordable price, and are espe- cially suitable for: dispensing dots of solder paste, form-in-place gaskets, filling, potting, encapsulation, bond- ing, coating and many more. Three models are available

CW Intros Momentary LED Mini Rocker Switch

Southampton, PA — CW Industries is introducing a new LED illuminat- ed miniature rocker switch in a Momentary Function for users with applications requiring a spring return. Rated at 8 Amps, 14VDC, the

CW GRL-4011B-0000 provides on/off in a SPST circuit. The GRL-4011B- 00000 mounts in a panel opening of 0.756 X 0.508-in. (19.2 x 12.9mm) requiring no mounting hardware and has standard 0.187-in. terminals. The standard actuator is made of red polycarbonate and the housing is made of black nylon. A wide range of options are available including color, terminal type, and polarizing for switch mounting orientation.

ing envelopes. The easy-to-program robot features dedicated fluid dispensing software, eliminating

the need for complex robot language programming. With fully integrated positioning and fluid dispens- ing functions, the system is compatible with all of the company’s syringes, valves and jet dispensing systems. The TS7000 IMP Series Auger Valves dispense

material with a rotary displacement action using a rotary feed screw principle. During operation, air pressure pushes the material from the syringe into the feed screw chamber. As the feed screw rotates, the material travels between the threads and out of the dispense tip. The feed screw is driven by the DC motor. TS7000 IMP incorporates an Interchangeable Material Path that allows for quick and easy replace-
